Share Your Story

There is beauty and bravery that comes with being vulnerable. It’s by talking openly about our experiences that we are able to offer each other support and break down the barriers that prevent people from getting help. Mental health challenges are common and should not be shameful to talk about. This is why we encourage you to share your story.

There are 2 ways that you can share your story.

1. The Share Your Story Form

Share anything related to your experience with a mental health issue. It can be a story, advice, a poem, or anything on your mind. We would love to hear it!

Click here for a few prompts to help you get started.

2. The Q&A Form

Speak about your mental health challenge(s) in a less personal way.

Simply answer 2 short questions!

For both forms, you can share your story anonymously. We will always contact you via email before publishing your story, and we will never publish anything without your consent. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Vulnerability is not weakness. And that myth is profoundly dangerous.... Vulnerability is the birthplace of connection and the path to the feeling of worthiness. If it doesn’t feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive.
